Nicola Cavallaro was born 1873 in the town of Cerrata in Calabria, Italy. Maria Grazia Gulli Cavallaro was born in 1884 in Naples Italy. Nicola was a sheepherder in the mountains of Calabria. He had 5 brothers. Maria and Nicola had 10 children of the 10 only one was born in Italy (Teresa Cavallaro). The name Cavallaro means Brave Horseman |
